Join us for the State-wide Equality Protest urging the Governor to Veto HB1169 , come and show that you stand in strength against overreaching laws that take away our freedoms and democratic rights, divide us, waste tax payer dollars, and our endanger trans and two spirit people, and cis folks that don’t appear man enough or woman enough. Bring your signs and your hearts!

South Dakota HB1169 would make it almost impossible for citizen led ballot initiatives to make it on the ballot. We would be completely beholden by an extremist legislator.
